1. Services

The Digitor provides digital services, including, but not limited to:

• Digital marketing
• Search Engine Optimization
• Social Media Management
• Website Design and Development
• Branding and Advertising Services

All services are subject to a separate agreement, proposal, or scope of work shared with the client.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate on time for project completion
• Do not use our services for unlawful or prohibited activities

Ensure that all content provided to us does not violate any third-party rights

3. Payments & Billing

• All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments once made are subject to our Refund Policy
• Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by The Digitor remain our property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio

5. Project Timelines

• Timelines will be agreed upon before project initiation
• Delays caused by the client (lack of feedback, content, approvals) may extend deadlines

The Digitor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ad performance)

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, ads, analytics). We are not responsible for:

• Changes in third-party policies
• Downtime or service interruptions

Performance fluctuations caused by these platforms

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services:

• If the client violates these Terms
  1. In case of non-payment
  2. If cooperation is not maintained

Clients may also terminate services, subject to applicable charges as per our Refund Policy.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

11. Modifications to Terms
The Digitor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
